Cargo transfers (own planets and ships)

Transferring cargo between all ships and all planets from the same owner is handled directly during gameplay and is controlled at the very beginning of the hostrun. Minerals, for example, that are transferred from a ship to one of your own planets during gameplay (client-side) can immediately be used for building a starbase, a ship component, ammunition or whatever they are needed for. Own cargo transfers include fuel, money, colonists, supplies, minerals, as well as fighters and torpedoes if they are loaded manually.

Note: Cargo transfers from your ships to unowned or foreign planets and starships (allied or enemy) are handled separately during the hostrun, even if they seem directly available for the other race (cargo is gone from your ship). Foreign cargo transfers need a hostrun (one turn) to get there.
